Due to quality control purpose, we are currently suspending all of Masroll official local maintenance service at following countries and region. Masroll products in those region can only be maintained at our headquarter factory in Japan. Please contact our sales representative for more detail.

Please also notice that we are currently receiving many contacts regarding to poor product quality and poor product ability relating to imitation Masroll and/or non-official maintenance applied locally. It may look similar to Masroll but please be aware on imitation products(especially for the maker who pretend like they are Masroll manufacture) and non-official maintenance. Please contact our sale representative if you prefer to check your product or maintenance condition is officially done by Masroll.
